About the JAL Peer Support Program
The Peer Support Program, a system in which pilots provide mental support to other pilots, is currently attracting attention worldwide.
The JAL Peer Support Program is an adaptation of the Peer Support Program.
JPSP Philosophy
An individual with a problem
Don't worry alone
To a trusted peer
You can always discuss your problems
"Emotional connections" and "Providing a place to belong"
This program is not intended to identify and eliminate pilots with mental problems.
Talk to your peers, your fellow pilots, in an environment where the principles of a fair culture are applied.
In doing so, they gain methods and insights to solve problems, and we support them until they return to their flight crew in a healthy condition (Fit for Duty).

JPSP Philosophy
